You can use it in replacement of sugar in many recipes. It is as easy to use as sugar but a lot healthier.
Xylitol tends to taste sweeter then sugar so you may want to use less and add more as you go.
Xylitol is great for baking – just replace sugar with Xylitol you can bake cakes and biscuits the same with Xylitol as you would with sugar.
You will not gain weight using Xylitol like you would using sugar so enjoy some guilt free treats.
