How to make Xylitol Banana Bread

These are the ingredients:

3 very ripe bananas
2 large eggs
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup xylitol
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup unsalted walnuts or pecans, chopped

    This recipe sounds really good. I am going to make it using a non gluten flour. Hopefully it turns out.

  2. I absolutely love bananas. Someone told me that they make you fat, but I dont have a problem with that and I eat them all the time.
